Monitor service history
Hi,
How can I check the service history for a Dell monitor I purchased? I want to make sure it's actually new as advertised by the seller.

Dell does not repair monitors, so there is not a "service" history. All we can tell you is when the monitor was originally built and shipped from Dell.
* Click DELL-Cares
* Under, "Contact Me", click, "Send this user a private message"
* Provide the following to the DELL-Cares agent:
Monitor Service Tag number
Monitor 20 digit serial number and A0x
