My monitor was damaged during shipment.
I bought a refurbished monitor from Amazon.
And they shipped the product to Korea.
But when I turned on the monitor in Korea, The LCD was damaged.
Can I get a free repair? The warranty period is until 2020.

Not from Dell. You need to contact Amazon and ask them what their exchange policy is on refurbished monitors purchased from them.
Amazon.com and most sellers on Amazon.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment
