in User's Guide Product features I can see:
Analog backlight dimming control for flicker free display. ∞ Optimize eye comfort with a flicker-free screen. ∞ The possible long-term effects of blue light emission from the monitor may cause damage to the eyes, including eye fatigue or digital eye strain. ComfortView feature is designed to reduce the amount of blue light emitted from the monitor to optimize eye comfort
this means they are there I hope? this is nice

Our User's Guide specifications doesn't go into those kinds of details per 2 and 3. You will have to simply read the comments from other users on reviews of the P2418D.
1 = 8 bit
2 = The P2418D DP port max to 2560x1440 60Hz. So the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DP out port should do 2560x1440 60Hz on the P2418D DP in port

Then all you can do is open and read through the User's Guide to see what is included in the monitor.

about 2) 3)
who else except Dell manufacturer should know if you develop your monitor using this functions or just neglect health of your users and didn't add them there ?
I did not trust any unknown side reviews and want to get direct reply from Dell tech support, thank you
