Unfortunately, Dell never tested/validated any monitor on the Android OS or Android hardware. We would only be able to assist in using our monitor with a Windows 10 PC.
The P2418HT driver page only shows Windows 10.
The P2418HT User's Guide page 11 for Touch states, "Windows 10 Certified".
