P2418HZm, Windows Hello, IR Camera not recognized
Dear all,
My new monitor P2418HZm just arrived and it's amazing. Everything works fine, but I'd like to set up Windows Hello with the built in IR Camera. I think it's better than reaching the fingerprint scanner on the laptop. After installing the drivers, it doesnt recognize the IR Camera.
It says "not possible to find Windows Hello camera compatible with face".
Any idea to enable it?

When using a Laptop that also has a camera, you have to first choose the P2418HZm IR Camera as the default camera in the operating system. Then setup Windows Hello. Online P2418HZm User's Guide

Page 58 = Setting up the monitor webcam as default setting
