P2421DC, powering USB ports via USB Type-C alternative?
Greetings,
As indicated in the P2421DC User's Guide, the only way of taking advantage of the four built-in USB 3.0 downstream ports is connecting the monitor to a computer via USB Type-C cable =
I have got no such possibility. Monitors can only be connected by DP cables. Is there any other method to make all four USB 3.0 ports active?

@Zapomnialem You didn't specify what system you're trying to connect to, but assuming you have a USB-A "regular USB" port available, you can get a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect from your display to your system, and there's your USB 3.x data path. And of course you can keep using DisplayPort for video at the same time.
