P2715Q, GTX 1080, HDMI, 30Hz

I'm trying to run a single P2715Q off of a new Nvidia GTX 1080 by HDMI (cable labeled "High-Speed HDMI with Ethernet"), but can't get above 30Hz in 4k. When trying to make sure MST is disabled, it just shows up greyed out. I tried to confirm that HDMI 1.4 support was disabled in favor of 2.0 per an article on this website. The selector is already on "Disable" and cannot be changed. The version number of the monitor appears to be A03.

* HDMI 2.0 4Kx2K 3840x2160 60Hz is not enabled by default
* HDMI 1.4 4Kx2K 3840x2160 30Hz is enabled by default
* If your P2715Q is revision A03 or higher built after February 2016, read this to change it from HDMI 1.4 3840x2160 30Hz to HDMI 2.0 3840x2160 60Hz
* If your P2715Q is revision A00/A01/A02, you will need to connect using DP/mDP, not HDMI

* Turn the PC and P2715Q off
* Disconnect the HDMI cable from both
* Disconnect the power cable from the P2715Q
* Press and hold in the P2715Q power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cable to the P2715Q
* Connect the video cable like this =
PC Nvidia GTX 1080 DP out port --> P2715Q DP to mDP cable --> P2715Q mDP in port
* Turn the P2715Q on, then the PC
* Open the P2715Q Menu
* Go to Others
* Choose Factory Reset, Reset All Settings
* Go to Display
* MST should be Off
* What does it show on the bottom for Resolution: and Maximum: ?
* Exit the Menu
* Via Windows, what is the resolution and Hz?
