P2720DC, DDM stopped working
Hello,
Two months ago I bought a NEW computer monitor Dell P2720DC 27". About a month ago the DDM stopped working. Today, I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall but it did not help. I installed two drivers from this site =
Dell P2720DC Monitor Driver
Dell Display Manager Application
But all I get are error messages. Please help me. I need this application! I would not buy this product without the DDM option. I have Windows 10 64-bit.

Hello Chris,
Somebody from your email support helped me with that issue and now its working! I just needed to go to the Intel site to get the latest version of Intel graphics driver.

* What specific PC model?
* What specific GPU/video card is installed in the PC?
* What driver changes did you make in the operating system just PRIOR to DDM not working?
* Is DDC/CI (display data channel/command interface) turned On in the monitor Menu OSD?
