P2815Q & Microsoft Surface Book with Windows 10 build 1607
I bought my P2815Q from the Microsoft Store when they were running a promotion last fall. There was no information in the Store indicating that Dell does not support this monitor with Windows 10. When I first connected the P2815 to my Surface Book, it worked (Mini-Display Port to HDMI). Suddenly the combination no longer works and I can't find support on the Dell website.
I welcome all knowledgeable replies.

I doubt that Microsoft would post that at their store, but we did on the P2815Q support page showing the supported operating systems =
* Power off both the P2815Q and the Surface Book
* Disconnect every cable from the P2815Q (power/audio/DP/HDMI/mDP/USB)
* Press the P2815Q power button in for 15 seconds
* Reconnect the HDMI cable to the Surface Book and the P2815Q
* Reconnect the power cable to the P2815Q
* Turn the Surface Book on, then the P2815Q
* Press the Menu button
* Choose Input Source --> HDMI (MHL)
* Exit the Menu
