I'm looking for a 20" or even a 22" monitor wuth S-IPS panel. I don't know if PVA or S-PVA are same or better than S-IPS. I need this to work in design and photo retouching business.
I don't want TN based monitors.
Thanks

No Dell does not make any S-ips panels except for maybe the 3000wfp. The ones you linked to are all TN panels.
The 2408wfp is a S-PVA.
I would look at HP's business line for an IPS panel, or, if you can afford it, an NEC.
Look at the specification, if it is 160 degree viewing angle then it is a TN panel.
178 degree then it is PVA or IPS.

bochenn,
I think you may want to consider the Dell 2209WA, it is an E-IPS panel. The Tech Specs tab specifically lists that.
It has had great reviews for it's color accuracy and viewing angles. It seems to be one of the best values for an IPS panel.

syragk...
Being new to the forum I'm sure you aren't accustomed to looking at the thread/post date....which in this case where the last reply was in September 2008 ... a year ago. Simply said, this thread has been inactive for a year....
