S2009Wb, how to remove the stand?

I have an 11 year old S2009Wb monitor that I'm trying to mount on my vesa mounting system, but I cannot get the original stand to come off. I removed the two small screws on either side of the stand, but those did not help. Can someone offer assistance?

Thanks!

Okay guys, I solved it. Remove the base plate.

Inside the stand post there are four Phillips head screws. Unscrew these and you can remove the stand post. This lets you access the three screws holding the metal hinge in place. Unscrew these, and remove the hinge. Then you have a flat, mountable monitor.

@MaryM81  Looking at the manual, there's no indication that the stand is removable.  I agree it LOOKS removable based on the design of the plastic, but it looks like only the base is removable, with the vertical portion rising into the back of the display being permanently attached.

I’m curious, what vesa stand/adapter are you using that works with this monitor?
