S2417DG, suddenly has green and pink lines on the screen

Hi, I'm using a 24" Dell Gaming monitor (I believe it's the S2417DG model), and all of a sudden today the monitor stopped working properly, and now has a bunch of visual glitches on the display. I checked if this was just an issue with my computer, but it showed up on all the other devices connected to it, so it's clearly an issue with the monitor. This happened without notice and has not happened before. I've owned the monitor for around 2 years. Does anybody know how to fix this issue? I've put a picture of the display below.
