S2418H, Dual monitor, use both built-in speakers
I have two S2418H monitors with the built-in speakers. When I use monitor to play video, I only to play video with one speaker of a monitor. How to enable dual speaker of both monitors? I use Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB (HDMI/DP/DP/DP/DVI). How to configure? Can I connect it with a jack for two built-in speakers?

These S2418H cannot be daisy chained, meaning you cannot run both S2418H built-in speakers from a single video source.
Explain in detail how each S2418H is connected to the computer and video card using all cabling and ports.
