S2419HGF, longer HDMI cable not working, PSM mode
Hello
My S2419HGF came bundled with a HDMI to HDMI 2.0 5.9ft/1.8m cable which works fine. I recently required a longer cable so purchased a longer one. With the new longer cable, when my S2419HGF tries to go into PSM (Power Save Mode), it displays an error message "No hdmi cable connected" So I tried several other premium HDMI cables and got the same error message. The only HDMI to HDMI 2.0 cable that works properly is the 5.9ft/1.8m cable bundled with the S2419HGF. What is so different about this cable?
