S2716DG, cracked, bought from reseller
I have bought one of these monitors from this website called Mercari, and it came to me cracked. I could easily return it, but was wondering if there was any way I could fix it myself.

If the panel itself is cracked, then no, you cannot repair it. All you could do is replace the panel. My advice, return it to the reseller. If you want the full Dell warranty, Dell order number, Dell customer number, and possibly a Dell service tag number, all tied to your name, then buy the monitor directly from Dell.
