Hi!

First of all excuse my bad English. I bought a S2719DGF about one month ago. It's overall a good monitor for the price, but I've a problem. I noticed that my panel has vertical scan lines (pixel inversion)? I recognize them not on static images, but on movies or games, when the eyes follow a point moving on the screen, in the area around the moving point the eyes will catch the scan lines. If I use the monitor at 60Hz, the phenomenon is way more evident (even on desktop and office use). I tried three different DP cables, two HDMI, Freesync ON and OFF, and even changed the source (another PC): no difference. I can barely see the scan lines even with the built-in self test (on the gray screen, if I move rapidly my eyes from left to right and vice versa I can recognize the vertical scan lines appear on the screen). Well, it's hard for me trying to explain this phenomenon and is also very difficult to make a photo. I tried to make a photo focusing on a moving object (pendulum demo) and perhaps I was able to partly catch the effect.

So the question is: is this panel's behavior normal? All S2719DGF have this strange "defect"? Is there a way to mitigate/correct it? P.S, email Italian support was inadeguate (they simply didn't understand the problem) Thanks!
