S2817Q, three, third on HDMI at 30Hz

I am running a triple monitor setup (three S2817Q) off of an Asus ROG Poseidon GTX 1080 Ti video card. This card has two DP ports (DP 1.4)  and two HDMI ports (HDMI 2.0). But in Windows 10, when I select the S2817Q that is on the HDMI port, 30Hz is the maximum refresh rate available. I have seen in the specifications that this monitor is 4k and HDMI 2.0 but not sure why I cannot select 60Hz refresh rate.

Thanks in advance for assistance!

The S2817Q HDMI "out of box" will operate at 4K 3840x2160 30Hz

* You should be using the HDMI to HDMI 2.0 cable that shipped in the S2817Q box
* On the HDMI connected S2817Q
* Press the Menu OSD (On Screen Display) button
* Go to Display
- Set Aspect Ratio to Wide 16:9
- Set HDMI 2.0 to Enable
* Exit the Menu OSD
* Go to Windows- Display Settings
* Move the box to the HDMI connected S2817Q screen
* Change the Resolution to 3840x2160 60Hz
* Press the Menu OSD (On Screen Display) button
* Go to Display
* The bottom should show =
Resolution : 3840x2160, 60Hz      Maximum : 3840x2160, 60Hz
