SE2717H, AMD Radeon RX 580, HDMI not detected

I have the same problem with my Dell monitor. While it was working properly till yesterday, today I got this problem. It shows the message, "no HDMI signal detected from your device". Also, it does not appear to be connected with my pc on the "my devices" menu in the control panel.The thing is that my pc has different VGA slot to my monitor's so I cannot connect it with that. My pc worked properly on another monitor. What should I do?

* What specific Dell monitor model?
* What specific PC computer model?
* What operating system?
* What specific video card?
* List all of the video out ports on the video card

You tested both HDMI out ports on the AMD Radeon RX 580 =

AMD Radeon RX 580 HDMI #1 out port --> retail HDMI to HDMI cable --> SE2717H HDMI in port

AMD Radeon RX 580 HDMI #2 out port --> retail HDMI to HDMI cable --> SE2717H HDMI in port

You then pressed the SE2717H Menu button, went to Input Source and checked HDMI, and turned Auto Select to Off.

* Turn the SE2717H off
* Disconnect all cables (including the power cable) from the rear of the SE2717H
* If a mechanical monitor power button, press the button in for 10 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits). If not a mechanical power button, just wait for 10 seconds
* Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the SE2717H
* Turn the SE2717H on if it does not do so automatically
* Go to page 40 and run the Built-in diagnostics. Does it pass or fail?
