ST2020T

The problem I'm having with this monitor is: Touch works fine when first used. When computer next turned on monitor has to be unplugged and either plugged in to same port or a different one.

The fault can also manifest itself anytime during a session.

It means resorting to a mouse as not all users will have access to the back of the computer to make the change. All drivers up to date. Windows 7 Pro. No problems with any other USB peripheral.

Hi,

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum.

I wanted to check with you if it is a ST2020T or a ST2220T monitor. According to the database, we only have a ST2220T monitor. In case if you are not sure about the model number, please contact me privately by clicking on my name in blue. On the next page, click the envelope icon and provide your order number, serial number of the monitor (which is located on the back of the monitor) and contact information so I may access your account records and let you know what further troubleshooting can be done.

NOTE: Please DO NOT post the serial number, Service tag or Order Number in this forum.
