Support indefinite loop

I"m trying for over a week to reach Monitor technical support, to request replacement as it shows problem with my monitor can not be troubleshooted.

I call several times a day, being on hold from 30-60minutes for 2-3 hours periods of time.

What happens in the meantime is that I get transffered from department to deparment, apparently never reaching Monitor support to complete already very long process.

Is there anybody who knows why is this happening, somebody honnest to tell me what is really going on. I can reach customer support in no time, but tech support is unreachable.

I know Canadian number,  option 1 for English, 3 for support, than there is NO option for Monitors. I tried Desktop (my monitor is not part of desktop system, it was purchased separately), tried option 5 (other). No  difference, always same thing, promise to get transffered

Since you only have a monitor order number, you should contact Order Support, not Technical Support. They will need the following data -
