Surface Book not able to display Dell U3415W at full resoltuon

I have a surface book and two U3415W monitors. I am able to connect through HDMI but not through mDP or DP to run at highest resolution. Is there any fix for this?

Any help in  solving this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

You might want to post on the Surface Book Forum to get advice from other Surface Book users. According to this, it only has a Mini DisplayPort 1.2a video out port. So how are you connecting via HDMI? How are you connecting two U3415W? Did you buy it with the Intel i7 + Nvidia Geforce graphics card or the base Intel i5 + Intel HD520 graphic card? This site says to turn MST off in the monitor OSD (On Screen Display) -Display. But the U3415W does not list MST, it list DP 1.2. So try disabling DP 1.2 and retest.

I have a surface hub which has two. My surface book is the i7 with the two graphics cards. I will try that and get back to you.

Thank you for the suggestion. I hope it fixes it.
