Thank you guys!


In this topic, I want to thank the people who helped me solve the problem with my monitor, and with the transfer of warranty to my country.
After a successful transfer, I called the local support service and they sent me a new monitor to replace the old one. I was pleasantly surprised when, instead of u3415w, I received u3417w. The first thought was that it was a mistake. But I was informed that this is normal. Almost 2 months have passed since the receipt of the new monitor - it works fine.
So, thanks to these guys:
DCFAdmin, DELL-Chris M (Dell forum staff) - these guys kindly answered all my questions and helped in every possible way in solving the problem.
Adarsh, Khalander, Tejashree (@DellCares twitter team). These guys really helped with the warranty transfer. They answered me quickly and at any time of the day. In communicating with them I made sure that Dell really cares!
Also thanks to Aleksandar Stoynev (German Specialist Client Technical Support Dell | EMEA Client Basic Support).
