U2410 "Burn" marks on top and right of screen and green subpixel dead.
Hi there,
I purchased a U2410 monitor. After 18 months of use, a green subpixel died and "burn" marks appear on my screen. These marks are irregular marks that look like stain marks showing on top of my panel and on the right hand of the panel. It is clearly noticeable on gray background when running the monitor's "Built-in diagnostic". These marks do not appear right after I turn on my monitor, it takes some time (between 15 to 30 minutes) to be clearly visible on the screen. My screen is clean.

If I contact Dell regarding this, is it considered to be within warranty, and will I receive a new unit?
Thank you.

Is it considered to be within warranty?
* Yes.
And will I receive a new unit?
* No. Since the exchange will be setup outside of the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will be Refurbished/Used.
