U2412M, Every other scan line is black
The screen looked pixelated, but a careful look shows that every other scan line is dark. Seems like a peculiar though deterministic problem. Definitely lies with the monitor. Any thoughts?

The out of warranty U2412M is six years old. No telling how many hours of usage is on it. Test it on multiple computers using all of the U2412M video in ports (DP, DVI, VGA). If the issue follows the U2412M on multiple systems and video cards, it is faulty.
