How do I connect two U2414H monitors with a XPS 13-9370?
Please provide two options: One with a docking station and the other without but hubs are okay

You would need to tell us which specific dock you are looking to purchase before we can answer that question.
XPS 13-9370
Two left side TB3/USB Type-C ports
One right side USB Type-C port
Setup in a dual U2414H daisy chain =
XPS 13-9370 USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> #1 U2414H DP in port (DisplayPort 1.2 Enable) (page 41)
#1 U2414H DP out port --> U2414H DP to mDP cable --> #2 U2414H mDP in port (DisplayPort 1.2 Disable)
Setup with two USB Type-C to DP cables and no daisy chain =
XPS 13-9370 USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> #1 U2414H DP in port (DisplayPort 1.2 Disable)
XPS 13-9370 USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> #2 U2414H DP in port (DisplayPort 1.2 Disable)
