U2414H, glitching and won’t turn on
Hello, I’m having problems with my one year old Dell U2414H monitor. I was playing ‘Fortnite’ when this happened, the monitor started glitching out and faded out. Watch the video for more information.

* Turn the U2414H and computer off
* Disconnect the following from the U2414H =
USB upstream cable
USB downstream devices
HDMI/DP/mDP cables
Power cable
* Press and hold in the power button for 10 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable into the U2414H
* Per the User's Guide page 56, run the BID (Built-in Diagnostics). Does the U2414H stay on while running the BID?
- If no, the U2414H is defective and should be exchanged
- If yes, turn the U2414H off
* Reconnect one video cable from the computer to the U2414H
* Turn the U2414H on, then the computer
* Press F2 to enter the computer setup BIOS. Does the U2414H stay on while in the BIOS?
* If yes, exit the BIOS and enter Windows
* Does the U2414H stay on while just on the Windows desktop? If yes, the culprit is not the U2414H, it is either the game or the video card driver
