U2414H, no service tag number, built in May 2015
I would like to use 3 years warranty on this U2414H built in May 2015. I bought through the reseller in Bangkok. On the back side of the monitor, I can find only S/N. There is no service tag number though all other newer monitors Dell U2414H I bought in the period of the last two years have already service tag below S/N. How can I use my warranty for this monitor? Who can provide service tag number based on S/N?

If the service tag number is not on the label, then it never had one. There is always a risk consumers take when not buying the product directly from Dell and buying a refurbished product from a reseller. A Dell service tag number is not cross linked to a S/N. Dell would use the build date within the 20 digit S/N to define the start and end date of the 3 year warranty period. In your case, the build date was May 2015, so the warranty ended on May 2018.
