U2419HC, Logitech HD Pro C920 webcam, not recognized
My Logitech HD Pro C920 webcam is not recognized when plugged into my U2419HC. It works fine when plugged directly into the XPS 8930 USB port. What's up here?

U2419HC/U2719DC are USB Type-C monitors. If you are connecting to any other video in port, to activate the USB downstream ports, you must also connect the USB Type-C cable (C to C) from the monitor to the PC USB port.

Our F05PG USB Type-C to C cable is only 1m/3ft long because the marketing design was for a PC configuration as shown in the sales picture =
For a PC further away from the monitor, you will need to purchase a 3rd party 6ft USB 3.1 Type-C to C cable. Like this one.
