Well, hate to be a spoil-sport, but the UG reference you site refers to the meaning of 'DX', not 'HX'.
When I was buying a new monitor, I saw the U2419HX on B&H - seemed an attractive price, good specs.
I didn't buy it for a simple reason: On the Dell US site, there was no - zip, nada - info for that model. No manual, no downloads (including no drivers or firmware updates), nothing.
Obviously not a good bet if you ever needed support.

They are the same except for the shipped cable.
- U2419H ships with a DP to DP cable
- U2419HX ships with an HDMI to HDMI cable
You can see this if open the online U2419H User's Guide page 6 =

Oops! I missed the reference to the HX model.
