U2518D, No power, Led indicator and black screen
Hello,
I bought this monitor one week ago. I was using it normally until 2 days when it suddenly started with message "No signal for HDMI". I was fixing the problem with un plugging it and plug in it back, the most recent problem is that monitor has no power, led is off and screen is black. It happened when I restarted my PC. Simply I went for restart and the monitor stayed off with black screen, no input signal on DP, HDMI. I tried cord from a PC so as different power wall sources everything is still off. What can i do?

* Disconnect EVERY cable from the U2518D (Power, USB, DP, mDP, HDMI, Audio)
* Press and hold the U2518D power button for 10 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable to the U2518D
* Press the U2518D power button
- If the self-test mode screen appears, run the Built-in Diagnostics, page 50
- If the self-test mode screen did NOT appear, the U2518D is defective

I can hear the power in the circuit when the power cable is plugged in but it wont power on!
This is frustrating....

No dice. out of warranty. Worth zero on dell trade in site. Recycle options very far away.
