U2713H, Color calibration problems

Trying to calibrate monitor Dell Ultrasharp U2713H using application Dell Ultrasharp Color Calibration Solution and X-rite i1 Display Pro device. When I start the application, the display gets a magenta background. If  I continue the calibration process, when it gets to [Step 2 of 7] Measuring calibration patch 44 of 44, the application crashes and I get the following message on the screen:

"Dell Color Application stopped working properly due to a problem. Windows will close the application and will let you know if there is a solution.".

After closing the application I have to restart the computer to get rid of the strong magenta background on the screen.

I use Windows 8.1 Pro. I would very much appreciate your help to solve the problem and to be able to calibrate the U2713H display.

Turn DP 1.2 to disabled. Then start the Dell Ultrasharp Color Calibration Solution. What happens?
