U2713H, power button and touch control not working
Config: Monitor U2713H / Windows 10 Pro 1809 / GTX 1080 Ti / connect via DisplayPort / DDM is installed.
I have two problems:
1. When the DisplayPort is connected, the touch control and the off button on the monitor stop working.
2. The monitor is not defined in device manager Windows 10 (1809), and the driver is not installed.
Who can help?

* When did you purchase this U2713H?
* From whom?
* How long did you use this U2713H before noticing the issue?
We never provided a Windows 10 driver for this 2013 monitor. Windows 10 should identify it as PnP monitor.
* Turn the U2713H and PC off
* Disconnect all cables (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the U2713H
* Press the U2713H power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits)
* Reconnect the power cable and a single video cable to the U2713H and PC
* Turn the U2713H on, then the PC. Then retest
