U2713HM Ghosting/Overdrive (RTC) issue

I am experiencing the same issue as described in this other forum post and already got a replacement, however the issue is still very visible and disturbing while browsing the web, watching videos or playing games. I made videos to show the issue, but according to the technician who replaced the unit, this is "within specifications". The videos in question:

It is hard for me to believe that this is "as intended", especially when there are apparently units who do not present such results. Revision is A00 2014, I would be very thankful if this can be cleared up, the lag in motion is quite sickening depending on the usage.

* Press the Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Go to Other Settings- Factory Reset- Reset All Settings
* The very bottom of this screen should have a resolution listed. Make sure the resolution matches the cable you are using =
HDMI 1920x1080 60Hz
VGA 2048x1152 60Hz
DVI-D, DisplayPort 2560x1440 60Hz
Aspect Ratio = 16:9
* Go to Color Settings =
Input Color Format RGB
Gamma PC
Preset Modes Standard
* Go to Display Settings
* If you see Smart Video Enhance, change it to Off
* Exit the OSD
* If installed, open the DDM (Dell Displays Manager)
* Click the tab Auto Mode
* For every application listed, change them to Standard

I am experiencing a very similar issue. It appears some revision of this panel has incredibly bad response-time compensation, to the point that it is unusable in games and video.

I've described this in full in this thread on Tom's Hardware.

There are sample images and a video there.

I've had 2 replacements thus far and they all showed the same issue, with one of them showing massive backlight bleeding as well. All three were A00 revision manufactured in May-March 2014, so they all probably share the exact same panel.

The Dell support tried to imply that this is a software issue with NVIDIA drivers but I think I convinced them with enough evidence to the contrary.
