U2713HM, refurbished replacement questions

Dell are sending me a refurb, will this be older than the model I have?
* Possibly. There is no way of us knowing. We simply ship the next refurbished U2713HM in line.

Will it of been used for longer?
* Possibly. There is no way of us knowing.

Do I still have the 2.5 years of warranty left when I take the refurb?
* The warranty start and end dates never change.

Can I keep my original monitor if the refurb is worse?
* Yes.

Well, they said it was coming Friday, nothing turned up!

I checked the tracking, and its been cancelled???

I don`t know whats happening?

I have sent emails and nothing back!

You need to call into UK Customer Service (0844-444-4712, 0844-444-5818) and ask why the exchange was cancelled.

why can`t they send me a new one out?
* Dell policy prohibits this. All you can do is keep refusing them until you get an acceptable replacement.

Ok, the first refurb they sent me had dirt marks behind the screen and a glowing pink pixel in the middle!

The second refurb they have just sent me has dirt marks all in the middle behind the glass!

My original monitor was only just over 4 months old, why can`t they send me a new one out?

These refurbs are all rubbish, with one fault or another.
