U2718Q, display to iMac 27 late 2013

Is it possible to run the U2718Q monitor with 60Hz at the resolution 2560x1440? The same resolution as the iMac 2013? When bringing up display preferences, I am not able to chose resolution or Hz. And if I "alt + click" on Scaled to bring up all resolutions, and choosing 2560x1440, it gets to 59Hz, but with a very blurry picture.

Not sure on the non-tested Apple operating system or hardware. Page 14 shows us that the U2718Q can run 2560x1440 60Hz using a true Windows PC. I think that the iMac 2013 has TB2 (Thunderbolt 2)/mDP out ports. Our Dell mDP to DP cable was never tested on the Apple Thunderbolt 2. Maybe you need a specific Apple TB2 to DP cable? You should post the issue on the Apple Forum to get assistance from other Apple users using our U2718Q.
