U2720Q, blue line

Hi,

Getting a sharp blue line in my "Dell UltraSharp 27 4K USB-C Monitor - U2720Q, 68.4cm (27")" monitor. This was bought on 07/10/2020. Please advise/help.

Update = Resolved After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a monitor exchange.

* Open the online U2720Q User's Guide
* Go to page 55
* Run the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics
* Do you see the blue line when running the Built-in Diagnostics?

check diagnostic using the user's guide for U2720Q, check cables, check using another computer.

The blue line appears and disappears automatically, after a while. Any suggestions/thoughts please..
