U3419W, USB-C hub to Apple iPad as a 2nd monitor?

Hey guys, I just received my Dell U3419W Monitor to replace my 2-27" monitors at the office. I was wondering if any has tried or uses either an iPad 6th Gen or iPad Pro with the USB-C Connection to have a second mini monitor? Reason I am wondering is because they are coming out with IOS 13 which supports Bluetooth enabled devices such as the mouse. It would be perfect to keep the Outlook and Folders separate from my 34" Screen without having it take monitor space. I love the 34" but i kind of wish i went with the 38" just to have that extra space, since I do a lot of CAD 3D modeling etc.
