UP2414Q wake up problem with every cable possible

I know that is a common problem of this monitor, everytime when i try to switch on the pc i have to reboot many times until the monitor communicates with the pc, i read that many users (Mac and PC) have the same problem and as far as i know there is no solution from Dell, so what i have to do? i tried to call the technical support and it has been completely unuseful, i want answers from Dell

The 1/2 screen issue sounds like the video card driver is not working. The 3840x2160 is actually two 1920x2160 tiles stitched together. The video card driver controls this, not the monitor.

To test the monitor for both issues, change DisplayPort 1.2 to Disable in the monitor OSD (On Screen Display). This will set the Hz to 30 instead of 60. Then retest.
* Press the Menu button to open the OSD
* Go to Display Settings
* Go to DisplayPort 1.2
* Select Disable
* Select Confirm
* Exit the OSD

Also, does the no boot monitor issue occur when connected to a different computer?
