UP2516D, calibration with i1 studio?

The Dell calibration software is supposed to work with the X-Rite i1Display Pro. Does it also work with the X-Rite i1 Studio device?

As said by Chris, not supported by DUCCS, but it will be also a bad idea to use i1Studio/i1Pro2 for this monitor (or very new models or future wide gamut monitors) with most of calibration software out there.

Narrow spectral spikes in red channel caused by phosphors in this kind of new LED wide gamut backlight makes 10nm spectrophotometers not very suitable for this task. For example, if you aim for usual white (D65) you may end with a white that does not look white to you but a bit green/red to your eyes (YMMV).

ArgyllCMS can do it a little better with its 3nm mode at the expense of disabling Xrite driver for i1Studio/i1Pro2.

No. Our Dell calibration software was only validated to work with the X-Rite i1Display Pro. You would have to use the retail X-Rite calibration software with the X-Rite i1 Studio device.
