UltraSharp 2007WFP vs UltraSharp 1907FP 19-inch and response time

The 20 inch has a 16 response time, the 19 inch 8.  Itend to play mostly MMORPG type games, the fastest twitch game I have is Doom 3.  Just wondering how much effect the response time will have.

And overall, I am looking for the best quality......size and widescren aspect aside, which would jave the best picture quality?

Also, with either of these is the diff between DVI and analog hookups going to make a major difference?

I would still get the 20 incher since it has a better higher resolution over the 19 inch monitor that at its best is 1280x1024.  Which means, if you have a very good video card, you can crank up the resolutions to the monitors native on the 2007, which is higher than the 19 inch.  Translate into a nicer gaming experience.

Since that is a newer model monitor ( 2007 ) others will weigh in on their experience with the response time difference.  I have the 17 incher, with a 25 ms response time, and I have no problems.

DVI is digital.  Many see a difference and others do not.  Depends I guess on the individuals eye sight

Well, there is another thread here saying the 2007 had banding issues. Id never use it's native resolution, makes things to small to see

Some have banding issues and others do not.  I see that this monitor is for sale now at a low price of under $ 380.00.  Not bad, but the banding issue would bother me.  Same problems with the 30 incher as well, but Dell got that one fixed.  Now waiting for this one to get fixed.  If I did purchase one, and it had banding, I would have it exchanged once, and if the new one also had banding I would send it back for good, along that I was still under the 21 day return period....
