Your computer has a VGA and an HDMI connection. The monitor p2715q has the following connections on the monitor.
You would need a VGA cable which your more than likely have. It is Blue. You also can use an HDMI cable.
HDMI (MHL) port Connects to your computer with an HDMI cable or MHL devices with MHL cable (optional).
NOTE: P2715Q flat panels launched from May 2015, will come with HDMI 2.0 in order to support 4K2K with HDMI 60Hz.
DisplayPort (DP) connector (in) Connects to your computer with a DP cable.
mDP connector (in) Connects to your computer with an mDP to DP cable.
DP connector (out) Provides a DP output for multi-stream transport (MST) capable monitors. A DP 1.1 monitor can only be connected as the last monitor in the MST chain.
