Where does the U2415Q ship from? I'm in Toronto

Look at this! Today is the 3rd business day and 4th day, and there isn't any tracking information update!
I know the "estimated delivery date" is the 6th of March which is still a few days away but why isn't there any updates to this? There isn't even any indication of where the package starts from!
