macafee virus scan

Good morning,

I have noticed the past few days that on several occasions my macafee virus scan was disabled. I did not disable it and when I saw it was disabled and immediately enabled it. Please tell me what could be causing this so I can get this resolved. Thank you very much and have an awesome day!
