Any modern LCD monitor is plug and play and should work just fine. For many older LCD the Windows O/S will install a generic driver that works fine for the most part. Whether the PC has the required performance/video capability however to achieve the display needs may be questionable, again however most PC in the last few years easily support most monitors. Best way to tell is hook it up and try it.
