monitor
I have a dell 2001 FP color monitor and It has just started to get a strange distoration on the left side from top to bottom it looks link small dashes or lines. when I do a restart I can see the left side of the desktop faintly along the side. Is the monitor getting bad or ?. Anybody have any ideas to this problem

Post a picture of the issue here. Do you see this issue during the Self Test? If yes, it is defective.
