regarding monitor Warranty

actually i like to check my warranty info for my monitor IN200Mb.. LED display.. bought on FEB 2011.. S/N:CN-0C7CPY-74261-01-2GJS

other bar digit REVA01..

now my monitor show having some problem with panel button not  functioning properly and display issue slightly so now i would know some information about warranty or service available..

I will be glad to help you. Request you to provide more information about the issue:

(1) What happens when you press the panel button?

(2) What is the display issue that you are having?

Dell monitors purchased separately will have a three year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. I request you to keep the purchase invoice safe.

Do reply with your answers so that I can check and help you further.

thanks for the respond..

problem here is so for i have not used those panel buton on the bottom right of screen.. for the first time yesterday like to change the present mode after reading manaul and features about in2020mb LED. then when i started to press any those button.. button was not function..screen function suddenly  becomes dull.. so now i want help from dell.. for services warranty.. regarding those issue i mentioned.. yes i got voice bill..  respond me sir..

here invioce bill they was not clearly mentioned ORDER no but i have some entire details are printed in bill  customer's copy

I do not recognize any of that as from a Dell invoice. It appears that the monitor was not purchased from Dell directly?
