Hi, Can someone please assist me in resolving this error.-

Hi
Please check client licence status. Looks like you dont have enough license to backup a client. Please run the nsrlic -vvv command to check for client license status.
In the output of nsrlic command you will find number license are in used and how many are remaning. You will also find the connected client details for that particular client license.

Hi,
Could you please update the Networker version and the OS on the Networker Server. As suggested by Pradeep, make sure you have enough license. In case if you have enough licenses and still getting the above error, then there is a possible media database corruption.
Fix: Make sure there is no activity on the backup server then do the following:
1. Run nsrim -X twice
2. Stop and restart the NetWorker server if step 1 does not help
