Additional ports required on nw clients?
the networker server has the default port ranges open (7937-9936) but the clients that we want to backup have been limited to 7937-7941 via nsrports -S 7937-7941
Will the limited range on the clients affect networker's backup performance?
Will the limited range be an issue if we have 300 clients and a possible growth to 1000 clients by year end?

Hello dzou,
For clients this should suffice and doesn't matter how many clients are configured to your NetWorker server. The only criteria is that it needs a minimum of 4 ports and the range should always start from 7937 as nsrexecd will always use 7937 and 7938 for listening even though you try assigning others port number to it.
