"No error" does not mean that there is "no error" - it is simply the feedback to express that the software could not get an error code (in time).

A retry will usually run successfully. Otherwise I recommend to increase the client retries for the group.

Hi Vinesh,

Does you backup server or the client machine have multiple NIC cards on it ? There is a possibility that the requested IP is not known to the destination system.

Any additional information that you can provide to your issue, from the whatsapp forum I understand that your issue is still not resolved.

- Try a client initiated backups which will allow you to get a clearer error. If you don't get it with verbose set debug level 5 and try again.

It looks like client run out of the available ports or something similar.  Most likely, you will find some other errors in event log.

Hi vinesh.pandit@sap.com,

Could you also share the output of the of the following commands :

On the Client :

- save -D5 -s <backup_server> -b

- rpcinfo -p

- netstat -a | grep -i

- nsrports

ON the backup server :

- rpcinfo -p

- netstat -a | grep -i

- nsrports

* Please note, replace all the <> with appropriate values before running the commands.
