C:\ Cannot determine status of backup process. Use mminfo to determine job status
Hi,
I have a 2003 networker server V7.6.4 Build 1070. We add two new client witch are Server 2012R2 to backup.
The client version is 7.6.4.4 Build 1082.
I get "Cannot determine status of backup process. Use mminfo to determine job status." on C drive.

Before you do anything further, may I suggest that you install a software version which is compatible with your client OS. For Windows 2012 it is at least NW 8.
